New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
You may change the displayed language by clicking on 'select language' at the top of this page.

Please complete all required fields to request an account to enroll your students. Items with an asterisk (*) are required. Click "I don't have an email" and then enter a login name you can remember.
 
When completing the security feature "ReCAPTCHA', enter the words and/or numbers that you see displayed. After typing in the information, click to submit the request (located at the bottom of the form).
 
When you submit the request, you will get a popup window with further instructions, including the login password, on how to begin the application.
